PIJ billing is divided into 2 parts. Total amount depends on what shipping method you choose and the weight of the package. Please make your reference by the explanation below. The total is the total of 1st payment and 2nd payment. << 1st payment>> Item price + Commission fee + Handling fee << 2nd payment>> International shipping cost *Handling fee (1st) includes "shipping within Japan", "bank transfer fee", "any tax", "charges from the seller to us", etc. *International shipping cost (2nd) is depending on the shipping method what you choose.

If you use PIJ service for the first time, your member rank has 5000yen for the monthly limit. Your order limit is determined and updated every month. PIJ system judges depending on your purchase history, so basically you should wait until next month. However, the account manager might be able to consider your situation. You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it because we bid or ordered instead of you already. Please consider enough and place an order with us. However, it may be possible to be able to accept cancellation if you have just placed an order and the order has not yet been processed by us. Please inform us by “Contact” form immediately.
There are some reasons that we cannot get it. Your order was cancelled if you were out-bidded, out of stock, PIJ cannot treat it because of its size, because of dangerous goods, etc. We hope you understand.

PIJ can keep your items at our warehouse up to 30 days basically. Please make your shipping request within 30 days after placing your order. If your items are still located at our warehouse 30 days after purchase, PIJ cannot accept your new order. You need to request a shipment first. If a shipping request is not made, PIJ may dispose of your items after a certain period of time. Yes, PIJ always asks sellers to make your items bundled. If you get items from the same seller (the same shop) at the moment (on the same day), the handling fee (includes shipping) will just be charged for a package (some items will be bundled in a package). However, there are some sellers who don't accept the bundle (the items wouldn't be bundled). In that case, the shipping cost will be charged for every order. Please understand it when you see those situations.
It depends on the seller’s setting. Basically it’s around 300yen to 2000yen, though it depends on the item's size and weight and the distance from the seller’s living area to our warehouse. During the dealing with the seller after the auction ends, we know the exact shipping cost that the seller charges.
PIJ does not take responsibility for the authenticity of items. It is the buyer's responsibility and risk so please choose items and sellers carefully by yourself. Generally Japanese sellers are very honest and value their feedback. So there are few terrible sellers. If you would like PIJ to request further information from the seller, please send a question from "contact us". We can ask if the seller has receipts for the item or any other information. Please understand, sometimes Yahoo sellers can not always reply quickly and sometimes do not reply before the auction ends. We will do our best to assist if there are any problems however it is up to you as the buyer to decide carefully on this type of auction. After you send a purchase order to PIJ, you can not cancel.
Yes, of course we can. However, we can only offer a manual bidding service performed by our shopping staff, rather than the real-time bidding we offer for Yahoo! Auctions. It’s about the bid timing. “Bid Now” is made instantly. As soon as PIJ staff accept your order, your bid will be done. If you choose “ 2min before” or“ 6 min before” as a bid timing, your bid will be placed in the last 2 minutes or the 6 mins of the auction. It will be managed by an auto bidding system. When you choose “2 min before” or “6 min before” option for bid timing, please be aware that there are several cases where the bid will not be made: 1. Another bidder has placed a bid above your maximum bid 2. Another bidder has placed a bid at same price with you but fast than you. 3. The seller ends the auction early before our bid is placed 4. The seller does not wish to sell to proxy services and cancels our bid
For auctions which have a Buy It Now (即決価格) option, if you bid through our service for the Buy It Now price, it will end the auction with you as the winner and highest bidder. This also means that another bidder can end an auction immediately by purchasing the item at the Buy It Now price if it is available. As such, for popular items it may be a good idea to consider purchasing it at the Buy It Now price, rather than bidding, to ensure that you are able to get it.
When creating the auction, if the seller has marked the auction as open for Early Termination (早期終了), it may be possible to end the auction early. Please note that.
For auctions which have a Reserve Price (最低落札価格) there is a hidden minimum price which must be reached in order to win the item. It is not possible to see this reserve price. "Junk" is the worst item condition rating, and you should expect any item listed as such to be in poor condition. Small package has an upper limit for its size and weight. I can guess your parcel exceeds the size or the weight for the method. You can choose when your package size is less than 90cm (length + width + thickness) and weight is less than 2kgs.
